ARTISTE!

My favorite canvas?

ME!

It has been a little cold this week, so lots of blankets and jackets. FUN!!

Daddy bought me an "Elmo's World" DVD and I play it non-stop for hours (sorry mommy)

I am watching Sesame Street right now. Cool!

Lovin' That Sesame Street!

Yup. Doesn't hurt my neck at all.

I am also really enjoying watching Mommy's "Sex and The City" dvd. I like Carrie. I also like watching Tom & Jerry cartoons!

My favorite part of the day right now is when I get to make a HUGE mess, then clean it up....then make a HUGE mess again...FUN!

Looking Smart

Look at me! I can see you! Er, well, actually I can't really. These are Daddy's old glasses, and I can't see with them on...but I look smarter!

Daddy thinks I look a little like the kid from Jerry McGuire....

I think Daddy should get more sleep...and maybe a new pair of glasses.

Busy Blogging

caught!

I have had a pretty good week so far. I have discovered I REALLY REALLY like Sesame Street! It is fun. I still like some other shows better, but I like it alot.

I am easily entertained I guess....

Watching some TV

Hmm...viewer discretion advised!

Still, I just love this show.

Not much else going on. Weather getting warmer...partially good news, partially bad.

Monkey

SHOOT! Did nearly a week go by since my last post? Yup...rats.
Chargers...double rats.
Daddy was tremendously disappointed and kept mumbling something about 1 play in the 3rd quarter....but I don't know what that means.
I liked the snow, I wanted to go play, but outside I had none...weird, right?

Caillou

no picture today. Just too busy playing the Caillou reading game that Daddy bought for me. I am pretty bgood at it already.

Daddy is off from work today, so that means errands, which means CAR RIDE! As long as we don't get a car wash, I am happy.

Enjoying Presents

So a couple of cool things about being a kid at Christmas:

#1- at my age Santa still thinks I am more good than bad, so PRESENTS
#2- family who don't spend everyday with me think I am way too cute to ever be bad, so PRESENTS
#3 - Opening all the presents is fun, but only a kid truly ENJOYS their presents to their fullest potential - including paper, boxes and other random thing associated with the presents.

All of this means that I have spent a couple of days obsessing over a few presents, and have barely glanced at others (I will, trust me.) It is like having christmas every week!

The present that I go everywhere with this week is my portable DVD player where I can watch "Blue's Clues" or "The Wiggles" or my favorite "The Mummy" whenever i want.

Awesome!

- Except last night, when I was focused on the powder blue uniforms of the winning San Diego Chargers. It should come as no surprise that here at Little Man's journey we have an affinity for San Diego's Little Man - Darren Sproles, aka The Lightning Bug.

Lentil Soup!

Okay, this is not lentil soup on my face....I didn't really like it this year! Mommy & Daddy did though...weirdos.

So the new year started out with a zzzzzzzzzzzzz. I was really sleepy, and didn't do much. Daddy had to go back to work after a few days off, so we relaxed at home. I watched "The Mummy", again. It doesn't scare me nearly as much as Uncle Gary!

Fun Night

Here I am talking to Gramma K right after the ball dropped. I almost didn't make it, but the excitement of the start of 2009 kept me going for quite awhile after!

I love talking on the phone with Gramma, and can't wait to do it again.

Happy New Year!

Here's to a kick back relaxed 2009!
After the crazy 2008 we all had, we need a calm year. Hopefully Daddy's lentil soup will bring us better luck this year. Don't get me wrong, we are all still relatively healthy, still have our house, and still have a job, so we are doing alot better than some unfortunate families out there.
That being said, I can't wait to see what 2009 will bring, and we all look forward to the challenges that lie ahead.
One resolution I will try really really hard to keep this year is a DAILY blog. Daddy has run out of excuses, and I will keep him honest!
Thanks to everyone who visited in 2008. Best of luck to all and finally
GOOD RIDDANCE 2008!
