Happy Birthday Gramma K! (Day Late)
The reason I am late in wishing Gramma a happy birthday is that I was still recovering from all the excitement of Sunday.
First there was a crazy car ride in the rain to San Diego. Daddy was complaining the whole time that California drivers do not know how to drive in the rain...either too fast or too slow...but all dangerous.
Next there was Gramma's birthday party which was a lot of fun. We played some games and I got to see my cousins! Justin and Grace made me laugh all day! It was super fun! More fun than Barney!
Whew...then Monday we rescued another cat. That makes 3! One of them is going to be released tonight or tomorrow assuming Daddy can convince the kitty!

Hello Mattew, we dropped a bag of snakes in the alley behind your house. Can you rescue them and let them rome freely in the house while you find a good home for them?

Hi, little man! I can't believe someone beat me with a comment -- wow! That's a first. Hope you've recovered from your excitment -- I think I have (just about). It was so much fun to have you here -- the whole gang! I had a nice, quiet day yesterday to make up for the chaos of Sunday. Poppa didn't have quite as nice a day -- he had jury duty! And NOW .... he's on a jury, so he has to go downtown every day for a trial. I know it doesn't mean too much to you, but just know this -- it's NOT as much fun as Barney! Maybe just a LITTLE more fun than getting a shot at the doctor's. And definitely not as much fun as rescuing kitties -- although more fun than getting bit by them. Hope Daddy's okay, and that you find good homes for all of them. Now that you can say "Barney" you need to learn to say "spay and neuter." (Again, not much fun, but really important.)
